Do I need to register before placing an order?general
You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.
Why should I become a registered user?general
With more ways to unlock exciting perks, becoming a registered user is your all access pass to exclusive rewards.
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

Can I modify or cancel my order?orders
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
How do I know you have received my order?orders
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?orders

What is your return policy?returns-refunds
Online purchases made through zeedijk60.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to our physical store.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.

How can I return my order?returns-refunds
To return items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer care will help you to process the return.
Orders must be returned unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
Items can also be returned in our physical store at Zeedijk 60 in Amsterdam.
Can I Exchange an item through post?returns-refunds
Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
Can I return or exchange my order in the store?returns-refunds
You can return your order from the online shop in the store. Keep in mind that you will not receive money directly, but instead it'll be paid by bank transfer. You can also exchange your online order at the store.

Please allow 10 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.
